The first step is to get in touch with us. We'll discuss the best options with you and calculate your earning potential. If you're happy, the next steps depend on whether you already have a running setup or are starting from scratch. We're familiar with both. Take a look at the onboarding process.
Managing a vacation rental isn't easy. It's a balance between hosting, analyzing and managing a property that demands a lot of attention. We take that effort off your hands, because we do it anyway and because we simply love what we do. We've made it our mission to make vacation rental owners happy. Truly happy.
During the onboarding process, we agree on a target for revenue and guest reviews. We review this target regularly. If we don't reach these goals, we charge a service fee that only covers the costs you would incur if you ran the business yourself. And you can leave us at any time.
Together with one of our team members, we'll guide you through the process. After agreeing on a revenue target, we sign a service agreement and visit your apartment(s). We assess your setup and start operations as soon as you're ready.
No. Our deal portfolio has it all, from unfurnished to freshly renovated to "we've been doing this for a while and need some relief."
On our short-term rental side, we work exclusively with commercially zoned apartments. Get in touch with one of our experts if you're unsure about the regulations in your region. We also offer tailored solutions for non-commercial properties. On top of that, we have partners who can help you with rezoning.
